Are these products for human consumption?
No. All products facilitated through BioIntegrity are strictly for laboratory research and educational use only. They are not for therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical use in humans or animals.
How are the peptides tested?
Every batch undergoes rigorous third-party analysis, including HPLC and MS testing, to verify chemical identity and purity before being added to our catalog.
Do you provide Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Batch-specific COAs are available in our COA Library and are linked on individual product pages.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship domestically within the United States and internationally. International orders are subject to the laws of the destination country; it is the purchaser's responsibility to verify legality in their jurisdiction before ordering, and to satisfy any customs requirements on arrival.
Do you offer cold-chain shipping?
Yes. Products requiring refrigeration are shipped in thermal-insulated packaging with cooling elements to maintain structural integrity during transit.
What is your return policy?
Due to the refrigerated and research nature of our products, all sales are final upon shipment. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
