All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and educational use. They are not for human or animal consumption, and not for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or veterinary use. No therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical application is stated or implied anywhere on this site.

No statement on this website has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. None of these materials is an approved drug, a dietary supplement, a food, or a cosmetic.

Who may purchase

Products are sold to laboratories, research institutions, and qualified research professionals. You must be 18 years of age or older.

By placing an order you affirm that you are acquiring these materials solely for legitimate laboratory research, that you are qualified to handle them safely, and that you accept full responsibility for their lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal.

No resale for human use

You may not resell, repackage, relabel, distribute, or otherwise supply these materials to any person for human or animal consumption, or represent them as suitable for such use.

You may not administer these materials to yourself or to any other person or animal. Breach of this clause terminates any obligation on our part and you agree to indemnify us for any claim arising from it.

Legality in your jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to verify that the purchase, possession, use, and — where applicable — importation of the materials you order is lawful where you are. Laws governing research compounds vary by country, state, and locality and change without notice.

We do not provide legal advice on the status of any compound in any jurisdiction.

Orders, acceptance, and pricing

An order placed on this site is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we accept the order and confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the intended use falls outside laboratory research.

Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid rather than honour the error.

Availability is confirmed at the time of order. In-stock products ship unlabeled.

Product descriptions, sequences, molecular data, research summaries, and literature references are provided for research context only. They describe published findings in the scientific literature and are not claims about what these materials do, are for, or should be used for.

Specifications, formats, and packaging may change without notice.

Analytical documentation

Batch-specific analytical results are published on this site and remain available permanently, including after a lot has sold out. The certificate issued by the testing laboratory is supplied on request for the batch you receive.

Analytical results attest to the identity, purity, and measured content of the batch tested, as reported by the testing laboratory. They attest to nothing else — they are not a statement of safety, efficacy, or suitability for any purpose.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. Claims for loss or damage in transit are handled as described in the Shipping Policy.

Shipping and refunds

Shipping and refund terms form part of these terms and are set out on the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages. In summary: all sales are final once an order has shipped, because the cold-chain history of returned material cannot be established.

Disclaimer of warranties

Products are supplied “as is” for laboratory research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that any material is suitable for any particular experiment, protocol, or application. Determining suitability is your responsibility as the researcher.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of research, loss of profit, or cost of substitute materials, arising from the use or misuse of any product — including any use outside laboratory research.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triple Seven Distribution LLC, its officers, employees, and agents against any claim, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use, handling, storage, disposal, resale, or administration of any product supplied, or from your breach of these terms.

Export control

You may not export or re-export any material supplied in violation of applicable export control laws, and you may not supply it to any party subject to trade sanctions or restricted-party listing.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — including analytical records, written guides, research summaries, and the BioIntegrity Research name and marks — belongs to Triple Seven Distribution LLC. You may cite and reference published analytical data with attribution. You may not reproduce site content wholesale or present it as your own.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes, severability, entire agreement

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order, and the last-updated date above shows when it changed.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These terms, together with the Shipping, Refund, and Privacy policies, are the entire agreement between us in relation to your order.
