What this site collects

Ordinary browsing is measured with a cookieless analytics tool that records page views, referrers, and approximate country. It sets no cookies, assigns you no identifier, and cannot follow you to other sites. We use it only to understand which pages are useful.

The wholesale portal is different. Applying for a wholesale account creates a record containing your email address, business name, contact name, country, and phone number if you provide one. Submitting a wholesale order records the order itself.

We use this to operate your account, to fulfil and support your orders, and to send occasional product and pricing updates, which you can opt out of at any time. Account and order records are retained indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them.

Your cart

Cart contents are stored locally in your own browser using localStorage. That data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. It contains only catalog items, quantities, and public prices.

Clearing your browser storage deletes it. We have no copy and no way to retrieve it.

Cookies

Ordinary browsing sets no cookies. Signing in to the wholesale portal sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in; it is strictly necessary for the portal to work and is not used for tracking.

Our analytics is cookieless. The site uses no advertising technologies and does not participate in any cross-site tracking or data-sharing network.

When you contact us

If you email us — to request a certificate, place an order, or ask a question — we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, organisation, and shipping details.

We use that information solely to answer you and to fulfil and support your order. We keep email correspondence for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes, and no longer than required. Wholesale account records are retained separately, as described above.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only where necessary to fulfil your order — with shipping carriers to deliver it, and with payment and accounting providers to process and record it — and only to the extent required.

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs including IP addresses as part of delivering the site securely, and provides the cookieless page-view analytics described above.

Wholesale account and order records are stored with Supabase, which hosts the portal database on our behalf and processes that data only on our instructions.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Wholesale account and order records are held in a hosted database with access controls that restrict each account to its own records. Order correspondence is held in business email and accounting systems with access limited to personnel who need it.

Your rights, including under the CCPA

Triple Seven Distribution LLC is a California business. California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold about them, to request its deletion, to request correction, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we have not done so.

To make a request, email us and state what you are asking for. We will verify the request against our records and respond within the period the law requires. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete the account and order records we hold, subject to any records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and materials are sold only to purchasers aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we add any further feature that collects information — a checkout system, a different analytics tool, or anything else — we will update this page before doing so and change the last-updated date above.
