Shipping Policy

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Availability is confirmed at the time of order. If an item is out of stock we contact you before shipping rather than substituting a different lot, strength, or format.

Carriers and delivery times

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Expedited service is available through UPS and FedEx. USPS delivery typically takes around three business days in transit.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit time is additional to the processing window above.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued by email once your order ships. If tracking has not updated within three business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the service selected. Cold-chain packaging is included where required and is not charged separately.

Packaging and cold chain

All products ship exclusively as laboratory research materials and are packaged to maintain product integrity in transit. Products requiring refrigeration are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging.

In-stock products ship unlabeled.

Address accuracy and delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not able to reroute a shipment once it has been dispatched, and we cannot refund orders lost as a result of an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

We recommend shipping to a monitored address where a temperature-sensitive package will not be left standing.

Lost or delayed shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will replace it. Carrier delays outside our control are not grounds for a refund, but we will assist with any claim.

Shipping availability

Domestic shipping is available throughout the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at checkout. International research institutions may contact us to request a quote, which is assessed case by case. Where an international shipment is agreed, it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to verify that importation and possession is lawful in their jurisdiction, and customs duties, taxes, and clearance are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Purchaser eligibility

Materials are supplied to laboratories, research institutions, and qualified research professionals. By placing an order you confirm that you are acquiring these materials solely for legitimate laboratory research and that you assume full responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and disposal.

Documentation

Analytical results for each published lot are available on this site and remain online permanently, including after a lot has sold out. The certificate issued by the testing laboratory is supplied on request for the batch you receive — contact us with your order reference and lot number.
