Partner Agreement

Who this agreement is with

This agreement is between you and Triple Seven Distribution LLC, doing business as BIOINTEGRITY ("BioIntegrity", "we"). You take part as an independent partner. You are not our employee, agent or representative, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf.

How the program works

We give you a unique discount code and a link that applies it. Retail customers who use your code get 10% off their product subtotal.

You earn 10% of the product subtotal, before the customer's discount, on retail orders placed with your code, and 10% of the product subtotal on wholesale orders placed with your code. Shipping, tax and fees are never included.

Commission is earned only once we have received payment for the order. Cancelled orders earn nothing. If an order is refunded after its commission has been paid, that amount is deducted from your next payout. You earn no commission on your own purchases.

Payment

Earned commission is paid weekly by Zelle to the contact you register in your partner account. Payouts are held until we have both your Zelle contact and a completed IRS Form W-9.

Zelle payments cannot be reversed, so keep your contact accurate. Changes to it are reviewed before the next payout.

You are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires it, we issue you a Form 1099.

Research use only

Every BioIntegrity product is sold for laboratory research use only. It is not for human or animal consumption. Everything you publish about BioIntegrity must be consistent with that.

You may describe the catalog, the research-use-only designation, and our published certificates of analysis.

• Do not describe or imply use of any product in or on people or animals.
• Do not give dosing, administration, injection or reconstitution-for-use guidance.
• Do not make claims about health, weight loss, performance, appearance, ageing, recovery, or the treatment of any condition.
• Do not share personal-use stories, testimonials, before-and-after images or results.
• Do not compare products to prescription or approved medicines, or present them as a substitute for one.
• Do not promote to anyone under 18.

Disclosure

Wherever you share your code or link, say clearly that you are a BioIntegrity partner and earn a commission, where people will see it before they click. For example: "I earn a commission from BioIntegrity on orders placed with my code." A hashtag buried among others is not enough.

Where and how you promote

• No unsolicited email, text messages or direct messages.
• No paid search ads on BioIntegrity brand terms.
• Do not present yourself as BioIntegrity, or create sites, pages or accounts that could be mistaken for ours.
• Do not offer any discount other than your own code.

Suspension and ending the agreement

We may suspend or end your participation and deactivate your code at any time. If we end it because of a breach of this agreement, commission on orders connected with the breach is forfeited. Otherwise, commission earned on paid orders before the end date is paid in the normal weekly cycle.

You may leave at any time by telling us by email.

Changes

We may change these terms or the commission rates. We will email you before a change takes effect. Continuing to share your code after that date means you accept the change.

General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
